About me

Hello my name is Simon Maintz and I am a designer.

I have studied Japanese for three years at Aarhus University and Kobe University, which have become part of my identity. I lived in  Japan for six months alone, where I had to depend on myself, and a big language barrier, where no one was able to hold a conversation for more than a hello in English. This had made me a very independent person today. I know quite a lot about both Japanese language and culture, which I try to mix into my designs.
